Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and wondered if anyone can help me?!
My husband and I are first time buyers and have had an offer accepted on a property. The valuer has been out to visit and has come back saying that he couldn't value the house because it is a Newland Pre-fabricated concrete structure. Because of this the bank will not mortgage it.
However, we were told by the vendor and the estate agents that it is a BISF house. The address is: 84 Appleton Road, Hull, HU54PG.
Here is a link to the sale listing:
Any ideas anyone?!
