I can confirm that the properties at this location are BISF houses, many of which have been externally insulated by the local authority.
Number 72 also appears to have been refurbished with External Wall Insulation which has been rendered with pebble dash silicone render to the upper storey and what I suspect to be brick effect render to the ground floor.
The house still has its original corrugated roof covering according to Google Maps and this covering appears to be of a type of corrugated steel or aluminium as opposed to corrugated asbestos which many BISF Houses still have.
This property should be mortgageable subject to survey and using a suitable mortgage provider such as Santander would be advantageous.
